Our farm is offered as a potentially going concern with income from the free range egg production and a good base for sheep and beef.
Separately the buyer can purchase the plant including all the feeders, drinkers etc for the hens.

Off shore buyers may require OIO permission and we can assist with that if required.  All other permissions are already in place and easily transferable.

Roger already offers consultancy services to the free range egg industry and is an OANZ organic consultant and will provide 6 months help and advice for a new purchaser if needed.  We have assembled a core of part time staff both to help with the stock and the egg collection and they can be available to a purchaser.

The two houses are both in excellent condition, the farm house has 4/5 bedrooms, office, lounge, family room, 3 toilets, 2 showers and a separate bathroom.  A patio, informal garden with ample car parking and a huge double garage complete the package.

Up the hill a separate cottage has 2/3 bedrooms and a magic view of Mt Ruapehu.  We had it purpose built for a wheelchair user so has plenty of wide doors, easy to use showers and baths as well as a delightful raised garden on a fully tiled patio.
